Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/exchange on orders. Any product once received by you, can only be returned to us for a refund or replacement if:

You received a damaged/faulty product;
You received a wrong product.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us with proof as below:

The photos of original package with front and back sides.
The photos or video of the defective product(s).
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective product.
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, as soon as the problem is confirmed. You will be responsible for all cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
